Spring Workshop 2026

Mozart's requiem

The Spring 2026 Advanced Choral Workshop will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s powerful and enigmatic Requiem, K. 626. Left unfinished at the composer’s death in 1791, the work has become one of the most enduring and mythologized masterpieces in Western music. From the austere beauty of the Introit to the dramatic urgency of the Dies irae and the luminous serenity of the Lacrimosa, Mozart’s final work fuses Classical clarity with profound emotional depth.

We will perform Mozart’s Requiem on Saturday, June 13, in a full concert performance with soloists and orchestra. Designed for experienced singers, this workshop emphasizes stylistic insight, vocal refinement, and interpretive depth.
